HOW TO USE

This product can be used in a multitude of ways, just remember to activate the essence you should gently shake it before you spray
Once activated you can lightly mist your bed linen, yoga mat, or room to release to relaxing aroma

Bergamot is a fragrant citrus fruit that is known for its uplifting scent. Its scent has been found to help relieve anxiety and improve moods. It also has antiviral properties and has been used in aromatherapy for many years. Please note our Bergamot is sun safe as it is bergapten free.

Is it Pregnancy Safe?

Due to essential oils / fragrance allergens coming from our 100% natural fragrance blend, this product is not recommended for use during pregnancy.

How to Store?

This product is housed in a fully recyclable glass bottle with recyclable plastic pump, which looks beautiful stored anywhere from your bedside table to your bathroom shelf. We use darker glass to protect our amazing natural actives and ingredients and allow your product to have a longer shelf life.

However we do recommend keeping them away from direct sunlight, such as on a windowsill, as this may cause the product to evaporate or melt.

How much to Use?

We recommend using a few sprays per use, it does vary depending on where you use it, but a light touch here is the way to go.

If you apply 3 sprays of this product 1x a day it will last approximately 17 weeks
