Evolve Rewards: FAQs

Say hello to our new loyalty scheme. You can earn points by placing an order, referring a friend, writing a review and lots more. The best bit? The more points you earn, the more rewards you can redeem, such as exclusive discounts, free gifts and more.  

Everyone can sign up! It’s quick and easy to sign up, and won’t cost you a penny; plus, you’ll start saving right away! Membership is limited to one account per individual.

If you already have an account with Evolve, all you need to do is sign in and your Rewards will automatically update. If you don't have an account yet, just click on "login" at the top of our website, create and account and begin collecting points!

You’ll earn between to 7 points for every £1 you spend(depending on the tier you are in); your points will appear in your account 14 days after your last order. There’s plenty of ways to earn points, from referring a friend to following us on social media. To find out more, check out the Evolve Rewards Page.

You’ll find your rewards balance on the top right of our website, once you’ve logged into your account. You can also see your rewards in the account dashboard below your order history, or by heading over to the Evolve Rewards Page.

Nope - feel free to earn as many points as you like! 

Your points will expire after 12 months, so you have plenty of time to make the most of your exclusive savings. This means, as long as you’ve made a purchase on evolvebeauty.co.uk in the past year, your points will still be waiting for you.

Your reward points history will show a status for each activity.

Approved:These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
Pending: These points must be verified before they can be redeemed. This typically applies to purchases, referrals or reviews.
Cancelled:These points will not be added to your account. For example, if you cancel a purchase the points will change from pending to cancelled.

Any pending points from the referral will be cancelled and removed from your balance.

Don’t worry: it can take up to 48 hours for points to appear in your account. If your points still aren’t showing after this time, please let us know at: support@evolvebeauty.co.uk

We’ll be sad to see you go, but you’re free to leave whenever you like! Just send an email to support@evolvebeauty.co.uk. You’ll be unenrolled from the scheme and will lose all your points.

Please note, your Evolve Rewards account will still be active. If you’d like us to cancel your account completely, please let us know.

We’d love to see you again! Simply ping an email to support@evolvebeauty.co.uk and we’ll create a shiny new Evolve Rewards account for you. Please be aware, your points balance will start from zero again.
