Our Response To Covid-19
In these difficult times, daily life has changed drastically for everyone, and that includes the team here at Evolve. We have put a number of process in place since the outbreak of the Covid-19 Virus, and this page will answer all of the FAQs we have been receiving regarding about the impact of the virus, including information on delivery times.
Are You Still Open For Business?
Yes, our online store remains open 24/7.
At present, we are doing all we can to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
Shipping is free for orders over £25*, to help you to stay at home and have Evolve come to you. Please note that due to the increased number of orders we are processing, the additional safety protocols we have put in place in our own warehouse, alongside those of the Royal Mail & DHL, delivery times may be significantly longer than usual.
We work with the Royal Mail and DHL to ship our products, and both companies have put protocols in place to protect their staff and customers of which you can find out more about on their respective websites.
09/04/20 Update - Please note that with the uptake in orders we have seen, some of our deliveries are taking longer than normal. If you choose our Royal Mail delivery option, please allow up to two weeks for delivery. This is not the case for most locations, but we want to let you know that delivery is taking longer for some.
14/04/20 Update - Both our international and European economy shipping options are now taking up to 4 weeks to arrive in some locations. Please bear this in mind when choosing your delivery option at checkout. This is due to different local postal systems struggling to cope with the increase in deliveries they have seen throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Please wait until this timeframe has passed before contacting our customer service team in order to help them deal with the vastly increased number of queries we have received throughout the pandemic.
14/05/20 Update - Due to the huge number of orders our warehouse team is currently processing whilst adhering to strict social distancing measures, orders are taking longer than normal to send out. We are hoping to return to normal soon but please note that your order may take up to 5 days to ship, but this is not the case for most!
How We're Ensuring The Safety Of Our Staff
We take the health, safety and well-being of our team of artisans extremely seriously at Evolve, and it is our top priority throughout this period of uncertainty.
Every team member who is able to work from home is doing just that, and we've also put in place new measures to ensure the safety of our colleagues who are creating, picking and packing orders.
We are constantly reviewing the latest government and medical advice, and updating our procedures when necessary. We are also in constant contact with the team in our warehouse to ensure that they have everything they need to work in a safe and secure manner, as well as to ensure the new rules for safe working are adhered to. These include ensuring that colleagues are two meters apart at all times, reducing team sizes, staggered breaks, and regular sanitisation of the working and break areas.
We're incredibly grateful to our committed team, and please rest assured that we are passing on all messages of thanks we are receiving.
Product Availability & Restrictions
At present, we have a good supply of all of your favourite Evolve products so you'll be able to find everything you need to have a pampering night in.
As always, we will be constantly updating the website with stock availability.
Currently, the only items that we have a limit on is our Keep Calm and Spray On hand sanitiser, and this is limited to 3 full-sized bottles per customer or 5 mini-sized bottles per customer due to UK shipping regulations. Please note that this product is only available to be shipped to the UK mainland.
What Are You Doing To Help During The Crisis?
We are in a fortunate position at Evolve in that we are able to help the people who need it most now.
Thanks to our amazing customers purchasing our hand sanitiser, we have been able to make a monetary donation to a local NHS charity, and we are now in a position to be able to donate one hand sanitiser to an NHS or local charity for every one that is purchased on the website.
In addition to this, we are also sending out care packages to NHS staff on the front line, who thoroughly deserve the chance to relax after all of the amazing work they have done, and will continue to do.

As the team adapts to their new work from home setup, we know that soon we will be able to get back to the Evolve service you are used to, but until then please bear with us as we are getting through as many questions, queries, emails and phone calls as possible!
