Today we’re catching up with Joe, our Customer Service Assistant at the Evolve Beauty Studio. You can usually find Joe dealing with customer enquiries, but he can also often be spotted helping out in production or fulfilling orders if he spots someone in need of help.

Tell us a little about a typical day for you in the Evolve Studio:I deal mostly with customer enquiries, which may be a delivery that hasn't arrived on time or an order that needs amending. I spend a lot of time everyday talking to our customers, some of whom may be looking for their next favourite Evolve Beauty product recommendation or simply wanted to leave their feedback on our skincare creations.


What is your favourite part of the role? I always enjoy being able to help customers and making sure they’re happy, it makes me happy by proxy. I also really like being able to talk to new people everyday, and of course it’s always fun to hear our customers great feedback about our products!


Tell us something we don’t already know:I’m actually a pretty good juggler. I can also play drums and spin a basketball on one finger!


What’s your skin type?I have combination skin.


What’s your favourite Evolve product?My favourite product is the Evolve Beauty Daily Renew Natural Face Cream. It’s the best moisturiser I’ve ever used and it smells great! I use it everyday to leave my skin feeling super hydrated.


Tell us your favourite beauty tip:Always use sunscreen! It’s super important to protect your skin everyday, even in cloudy rainy Britain.
