I enjoy using balm type cleansers to remove makeup and I have to say that this is one of the best. It is fun to use - I love the gel texture, but it is thick enough to really massage into the skin, and it rinses away very easily. It does not sting my super-sensitive eyes and does not cause my reactive skin to breakout in any way. I am delighted with its credentials and applaud this company for its ethos and affordablity. I have already repurchased twice

The perfect range for sensitive skin Review by Jen

I'm really happy to have come across this range, after years of searching for products that don't irritate my very reactive skin. The cleansing melt is indeed very gentle but also great at removing all make up and, in combination with the moisturiser, has left my skin clearer and more comfortable than it has been in a long time. Thank you!

Eve Lom gave me cystic-style acne, some others leave a film. This has a great texture (clear and a bit like hairgel. So fun to apply) and instantly melts onto the skin. It's silky and easy to massage in. Has no fragrance, few ingredients and removes dirt and makeup wonderfully without drying or requiring a cloth to remove (it emulsifies). It's a great great great product for sensitive and dry skin. I will be using this as long as it is available to buy.

Really like this cleanser, the texture is great and massaging it on the face is really enjoyable. Rinsing is easy and not messy,my skin is left clean and glowing! Will definitely keep using this again and again...

The cleanser is gooey and quite surprising at first, but lovely and rich and works hard to get rid of eye makeup. (Better than a cleansing oil which washes off too quickly and sometimes leaves the skin dry and not quite makeup free the first time around.) I do think I need to use a muslin cloth or something with it though, to really wash away all the eye makeup. At first, I found it surprising that it was completely fragrance-free but now I think that's a good thing, especially for sensitive skin and eyes.

I love your new products, they feel like premium brand products but with a fantastic price tag, I am just about to run out of my everday face melt and have just loved this product, it has felt especially good on my sensitive skin.

Performs exactly as stated with minimal ingredients. Affordable price, great packaging and gives other expensive cleansing balms a run for their money! Will definitely buy this again when I run out.
