Purchase of products

Payment

Payment may be made by debit, credit or charge cards. The debit, credit and charge cards accepted by us are those listed on the web site on the date on which your order is placed. Authority for payment will be requested from your card issuer at the time of your order.

 

Credit Card Security

All credit card transactions are conducted on a secure external server. No card details for website transactions are held on our own site or seen by anybody at Good Ventures Limited. You agree to compensate us in full against all reasonable costs expenses and outgoings incurred by us in obtaining payments from you in the event a failed payment occurs. This will include an administration charge of not less than £20. We may at any time after a failed payment has occurred, ask a debt collection agency to collect payment from you.

 

Electronic contract creation and cancellation

We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

 

Order Cancellation

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled or held by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

- Item(s) not available

 - Difficulty in processing payment information

 - Cannot ship to address provided

 - Duplicate order was placed

 - Cancelled due to a customer request.

 

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email to explain the reason for the cancellation. Your original payment method will be refunded to the appropriate amount. If you wish to change or cancel your order prior to dispatch please email dispatch@evolvebeauty.co.uk or call on 0844 9910061 with your order number. Please note as we generally dispatch orders within 24 hours, it may not be possible to cancel prior to dispatch. In this instance you would have to return your order once received in accordance with our Returns Policy.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible to purchase goods on this Site and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Site under English law you must: (a) register on the Site; and (b) be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.

 

Prices

The prices stated on the website will be inclusive of any VAT payable. Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling.

 

Delivery

When shopping with Good Ventures we try to despatch on the same day any order placed before 1pm to ensure a speedy delivery. If for any reason there is a delay, we will advise you immediately by email.

 

Delivery within the UK

 - Single item (2-3 days) £2.50

 - Two or more items (2-3 days) £3.95

 - Guaranteed next working day delivery £5.95. Guaranteed next day means next working day e.g. orders placed on a Saturday will arrive the following Tuesday, orders placed on by 1pm Monday – Thursday will arrive the following day.

- We offer free UK delivery for any order over £25.00

 

Overseas deliveries

We currently deliver to European destinations only.

 - Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland £7.95 - Allow up to 7 days

 - Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain £12.50 - Allow up to 7 days

 - Finland, Norway, Sweden, Switerland, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Greece, Latvia, Malta, Slovakia £17.50 - Allow up to 7 days

 

Orders over 2kg may be subject to an additional delivery charge.

Returns

We are happy to provide a return within 28 days of purchase. Products must be in a saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging. We will also refund delivery charges if we have supplied a faulty or incorrect item.

 

 

How to return products

 

Please email us at help@evolvebeauty.co.uk and let us know the reason for the return. We will send you a returns form, which must be returned with the product for a refund and also provide you with the return address.

 

Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the item. Please make sure you get a proof of postage when you send it to us, and keep it until your refund has been received.

Description of products

We will do our best to ensure that all information, descriptions, photographs and prices of products appearing on the Site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

 

Though we aim to keep the Site as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Site may not always reflect the product exactly at the moment you place an order.
