delivery

when shopping with evolve we try to dispatch on the same day any order placed before 1pm to ensure a speedy delivery. if for any reason there is a delay, we will advise you immediately by email.

 

delivery within the UK

we currently offer 3 UK based delivery prices based on weight:

 - first class packet (signed for) - next working day

 - second class packed (signed for) - within 3 working days

 - special delivery - next working day guaranteed e.g. orders placed on a Saturday will arrive the following Tuesday, orders placed on by 1pm Monday – Thursday will arrive the following day.

 - we offer free UK delivery for any order over £25.00

overseas deliveries

we currently deliver to European destinations only using airsure which is a trackable service that takes 2 days. price is by weight.

Returns

 

We are happy to provide a return within 28 days of purchase. Products must be in a saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging. We will also refund delivery charges if we have supplied a faulty or incorrect item.

 

How to return products

Please email us at help@evolvebeauty.co.uk  and let us know the reason for the return. We will send you a returns form, which must be returned with the product for a refund and will also provide you with the return address.

 

Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the item. Please make sure you get a proof of postage when you send it to us, and keep it until your refund has been received.
